Minimize your claim processing time by submitting your claims electronically through Administrative Services of Kansas, Inc. (ASK):

Once enrolled, you can access:
• EDI Setup/Change of Information Form
• ASK Response Reports
• ASK Telecommunications Manual

ASK accepts and edits electronic claims submissions using the ANSI X12 837 P and I (Professional and Institutional) 5010 formats based on the HIPAA Implementation Guides.

You will receive a clearinghouse response report for each electronic submission indicating:

• The number of claims submitted successfully.
• The data fields that need to be corrected before electronically resubmitting a claim returned for edit errors.
